1. Phone Screen 2. Writing Example 3. Interview This was a well organized and friendly interviewing process. The writing example was well scoped and reasonable so you could show applicable skills with about 2 hours of work. I was weeded out of the process immediately when I mentioned needing a base salary in the mid 40's. Requiring four years of experience and then acting like $36k is a reasonable salary is really out of touch. Also, to every employer under the sun: career growth opportunities are NOT a 'benefit' you can offer as a part of the package; it's a basic expectation.
