I had an interview via zoom that I thought generally went well. I answered all of their questions with relevant experience. I got a rejection saying I didn't have any relevant research tracking experience when in fact I do. I did bring this up where relevant in the interview but no further questions were asked about this. Had I known this was so important I would have elaborated more on this.
