Phone screen by team member (not HR) followed by virtual interview with director and team managers including a 15 minute presentation. In-house interview was almost a full day of one-on-ones with team members and directors. Post-interview status has been difficult with no official outcome after six weeks.

The interview process was pretty typical and I had good interactions with everyone that I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or an in person interview though it has been a few years since I did it
Everyone was well prepared, and it was a great opportunity to meet many people on the team. I went through several rounds of interviews with different small groups of interviewees.

I was asked about specific policy issues and about how I would respond in different work situations.
Initial call with HR with motivations for positions, reasons for wanting to join GSK with some detail on role and benefits. Fast turnaround with subsequent call the next week for first round with the team.
