I applied via an employment website and I had called for interview after a week. I was interviewed by a female manager. The interview was relatively simple. No technical question was asked but only general questions, such as (1) Tell me something about yourself; (2) Why do you leave your current job and etc. The interview took about 45 minutes. After that I had been offered the job immediately and received the offer letter on the spot.
