I attended an interview for Technical Lead role. Unfortunately, it was not a very positive experience. The interviewer joined 17 minutes late without any apology or explanation. The coding challenge was to write C# code to find the largest palindrome number from an input string, which I solved and explained.Only a couple of additional questions were asked, and the overall interaction felt rushed. I didn’t feel the interviewer was paying attention while I was coding and explaining my solution.The rejection email was very generic and provided no feedback.
