It took them long time to reply after the interview. I had to email them and wait for a long time for the result. I guess they are more focus on the people who passed.

Entrevista
The interview was pretty straightforward and was very easy and calm. It was mainly asked why I was interested in the company and how did I heard about the position.
Applied online through their website , then got an email request to complete an Assessment for a One way interview, and no response since (it’s been 2-3 months since I submitted)
Friendly and focus on personal characteristics. Asked some academical questions as well. Not that long time but not short. Felt that they would help me if I work there But I didnt go to because I got a permanent role in the other company
