Initial contact by phone (I was asked to submit an application), and then three interviews one with HR, one with the hiring manager and one with a panel. Another week or so spent negotiating their salary offer by phone and email
Generally the people were very professional but relaxed, and the company culture was informal and friendly. My impression then was that it was a very flat organization and I liked it very much

Was approached to interview for the role and met with the then Service Group Manager to discuss opportunities.
2nd interview was at a restaurant with the Business Group Manager an was an informal way to get to know each other.
