I applied over the weekend and received an email a couple days later saying that they would like to set up a quick phone interview. The phone interview consisted of questions regarding work experience, why do I want the job, and if I was available certain days for training. After, I was invited to take the multitasking and typing test. These tests were fairly average in difficulty (once you read the instructions thoroughly you will understand how to pass the multitasking part - plus they give you two practice tries before actually doing the test which I liked) The typing test was typical where you type a paragraph and it measures how many words per minute you can type. After passing these two tests, I was told I can set up an in-person interview. A week later, I showed up to the interview. However, I did not go pass the interview portion. Although I thought I did well with answering all the questions the interviewer gave me, once the interview was over, he told me I would hear from HR about the next steps for the hiring process. From reading reviews on here, I knew I didn't get the job.

It took 1 month all together from 4/16/25 to 5/13/25. Pretty lengthy process. Step 1: 30 min behavioral-situational based assessment. The type of assessment they had me take really didn't have much to do with the actual role which was a tad bit frustrating. Step 2: 30 minute interview. Be prepared to know your job history. The recruiter began by discussing the role, training expectations and she asked some behavioral questions. There are 2 role play scenarios. I know I did well in the interview, I was told by the recruiter she would endorse me to the hiring manager however on 5/13/25, I received a rejection letter 2 weeks after the interview (after being told it would take only 1-3 business days to hear back) which is disappointing considering I was qualified and I interviewed well.
