I was called directly by HR of the company itself. BTW, HRs of this company neither pick your call nor will they check their mail box. Interview will be simple and nothing complicated at all. Before attending interview make sure that whether they will be able to afford your expected CTC. In my case, inspite of knowing my expectation they invited me and in the end they said - they wont be able to pay due to internal parity, blah, blah. My question is why did you invite me in first place. That was totally unprofessional. They wasted my entire day.
