The process took about 4 weeks. Two phone interviews with HR and then the hiring manager. I was then invited to interview onsite. The onsite interview was properly structured with a tour of the facility. It was a panel style interview, first with potential colleagues and then next with senior management. Both technical and behavioral questions were asked but mostly focused on the resume.

Entrevista
Started with 30 min initial interview then 3 one hour interviews with various members of the team. Nice people, good conversation. Scheduling 3 one hour interviews seems excessive for the role and I found myself repeating myself each time. Questions that were asked seemed made up on the spot and some of the interviewers should have had a clearer picture of what they were looking for in a candidate.
