I applied online through LinkedIn. I received an email about 2 days after I applied where a recruiter asked me to schedule a phone interview. Easy phone screening and about a week later I got another call from the department manager and he conducted a mini phone interview. He actually told me they chose someone else for the job I applied at but they wanted to interview for another job in another location. Department manager called me again a week later and said he wanted to continue forward in hiring me. I then then got my offer letter two days letter. Apparently they applied me for a Biomedical Technician II. I guess they were really in need of staff at the time. Obtaining the information to move to the job seemed very unorganized. They left out a ton of information in the emails I received. I found out a lot of info through phone with my future coworker. Apparently I was supposed to fly to Wisconsin for training but I received zero information on the topic. They also tried to get me to move to a new city 10 hours away from where I live. This was fine but they tried to get me to move within 2 weeks which is kind of absurd. Finding a place in that city was very difficult in that amount of time. They were also supposed to give me relocation compensation but it did not cover even half the move and being a young person out of college I did not really have the funds to move so suddenly without their help. They also weren't giving me the compensation until my first pay check. The interview process was very easy but the process after felt very rushed and unorganized.

Asked the standard questions they usually ask in a first interview. Some questions about college, some about experience and skills, mostly behavioral. kind of bland interview but it was simple and straightforward.
