All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.

Entrevista
Talked to GE Aviation at the career fair at school. Was called back that night to set up an on campus interview. The interview lasted 30-45 minutes and was entirely behavioral questions. Just use the STAR method and you'll be fine.
After the interview I was emailed a few weeks later offering me a position.

A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Entrevista
30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
