I recently went through an interview process with GE Aviation and while it was a decent experience overall, I did find that it was not well-organized. Throughout the process, I had to ask for information and clarification before being set up with HR.

The interviewers asked me questions related to my work experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my skills and qualifications in greater detail.However, during the interview, it became apparent that there may be a technology gap between the GE Aviation location in Bengaluru and the company's operations in the USA. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process with GE Aviation and felt that the questions asked were relevant and thought-provoking.

Overall process took 2 weeks then HR ghosted me for 2weeks! then I got mail that position has been cancelled.

30 minute technical screen via phone, followed by a 4 hour interview via video with several different areas. The technical portion of the interview was a very in depth and unnerving.

Entrevista
Initial phone screening, then virtual inteview with hiring manager. The final stage was virtual interview with the pannels, which included interviews with tech team, senior mangers, and HR. Each interview took 45 minutes and there was 15 mintue breaks.
