Contracted by HR firm they use for recruiting. Came in for not one but THREE interviews lasting about 10 hours. Also during that time was bombarded with technical questions by team of my peers. In addition to group interviews with managers, was interviewed by upper management, none of whom would be supervising me. Then after it was all over, they didn't even bother to tell me I didn't get the job (for which I am now thankful).
