I applied online and was contacted for an interview within the week. My introductory phone call went well, and was supposed to call with the NY office. However, I never received a follow-up email or any response at all.
We sat in a room and discussed what the internship would look like followed by what my duties would be. I asked questions about looked at what the channels and videos should look like

Really great communication and fast response-- initial application, then a phone interview, then a mini creative exercise. Everyone I chatted with was friendly, reassuring, and personable, and they responded to my application within a week.
