Interviewed with HR director (very informal) followed by the Plant Manager again very informal ended with a tour of the plant from pork bellies coming in to the final boxed bacon. They offered my a different position which I counter-offered based on salary. Since then I received two call backs stating I was still being considered for the Production Supervisor position.
