Began with email contact asking to setup a time for a phone interview. During the phone call I was asked a range of questions discussing my previous projects and then there were a few specific questions about technical knowledge; guessing they wanted someone with a specific skillset. The gentleman was courteous and made me feel comfortable. Got the feeling it was a pretty friendly place to work.
