Applications are done online. They will notify you by email if you have not been selected to be interviewed for a position. Otherwise, you will receive an email and phone call about setting up a phone interview. Mine was with three people and contained a lot of behavioral questions. If you are offered the position, you have one week to accept or decline. If you accept, you will be required to take a drug test. You will be given a small window of a couple days to take the test once they call you with the info. When your start date gets closer, your supervisor will contact you with job-specific details and to answer any questions you may have.
