I was greeted in a positive and friendly manner by the receptionist upon my arrival. The office was beautiful and well kept. The owner when through my experience and asked several questions based on my experience, just like your standard interview. (I was qualified for multiple positions) I eventually was offered a position with the company after my interview and met with all of upper management. Everyone was very welcoming!
