One phone interview and one in-person interview with the direct manager. I still don't know what happened since they never followed up. They ignored all my emails and never formally sent me a reject email. They seem casual but that back fires into unprofessional. If you don't want to reply to my emails, at least send me a email of rejection or something. Its been two months.
