I think that the tests and preparations on the sitel website are good, they also make good use of bots but compared to the staff in charge of the interviews it is very different. You couldn't hear well on the phone and the recruiter didn't seem to care much about the interview, it all felt very forced and unwilling.

Sehr angenehm, direkt per Du, hat sich direkt gut angefühlt. Sehr nettes Gespräch, kurzes Interview und im Gespräch war direkt klar, wie es weiter geht mit der Timeline und auch danach. Ich hoffe, ich war nicht zu aufgeregt
