At first is a pretty basic, non-proctored technical screen with frontend. 2 questions, I did one in Python and one had to be javascript.
After that a 30 minute behavioural call with a team member. That's the call where you really need to show that you align with their mission to make it into the next round.
If you pass that, then there's a 4 hour on-site interview doing debugging, system design and cross functional team interview.
Overall, the recruiter was really nice and the interviewers were very passionate about their jobs. It is obvious that unless you are ready to work yourself tirelessly with the company mission in mind, you wouldn't be able to handle the workload. A lot of the people there seemed like they do a lot more than what their job description tells them to do, which is fine for a startup I suppose.
The interviewers are very knowledgeable in the field and in general. There were some instances where an interviewer is asking a very specific question and will repeatedly ask it if you're answering it to not their liking, which brought the whole interview to an awkward stage. Even for entry level positions the expectations seem like they want experts in the field for entry level salaries, but I'm guessing that's just the market right now.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.

It was pretty normal as far as interviews in tech go for entry level engineers. It felt like they were spending more time selling me on their product than on questioning me. Some standard Leetcode style question.

Medium difficulty. Interviewed before the company abruptly shut down. Like the team, did not get many specifics about the business, particularly regarding the care pods. It was a few phone screens and then onsite.
