I interviewed through Triplebyte. Had two behavioral phone calls, one with the recruiter, one with an engineer before the onsite interviews. On the day of onsite, the recruiter first gave me a tour around the clinic, which was pretty cool. Had 4 technical interviews and a lunch interview. Also met with the CEO and the head of engineering at the end of the day. No Leetcode type of algo questions. More like walking through your approach to a project you might get on your job.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.

It was pretty normal as far as interviews in tech go for entry level engineers. It felt like they were spending more time selling me on their product than on questioning me. Some standard Leetcode style question.
