Recruiter was very friendly. The process goes that you get a recruiter screening, technical screening then you proceed to onsite with 4 interviewers for coding, behavioural and system design.
The interviewers were generally young <30 and some lacked proper interview etiquette. Some may guide you towards a wrong solution, and later mention issues that you performed a tradeoff on. Some will have trouble framing the question or what the problem is they want the interviewee to answer, and they will want it done in a certain way. The interview will be less of an open discussion about the design, and more questions and answers.
Overall it was a very neutral experience, though the mission and strong leadership is exciting, I wouldn’t interview here again.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.

It was pretty normal as far as interviews in tech go for entry level engineers. It felt like they were spending more time selling me on their product than on questioning me. Some standard Leetcode style question.

Medium difficulty. Interviewed before the company abruptly shut down. Like the team, did not get many specifics about the business, particularly regarding the care pods. It was a few phone screens and then onsite.
