Really relaxed application process. especially if want to work over busy Christmas period. emailed HR guy and he spoke to me on phone to find out a bit about me, preferences for departments and potential start dates. invited me in for an assessment day

Phone interview then in person interview stages. Formal interview. In depth questions, go prepared and be prepared to be grilled. To be expected though for such a well known company.

Group interview, not stressful at all. They pretty much hired everyone from that. It was the least formal interview I'd had for a sales associate job, they just wanted to see that you were polite and willing to do the job
