The were having a job fair at a hotel, so when you show up you had to fill out an application. It was for a new location so they were hiring for all positions. Once you finished filling out the application, you got seated at a large table with 2 managers for a group interview. Asked about four questions: why forever21, what does customer service mean, sell an article of clothing you are wearing, and obviously just tell a little about yourself. The managers were really kind and showed interest!

All the questions were fairly easy, I reviewed a couple of questions online before going in so that I would be prepared.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
