It was job fair which is pretty much the best way to get hired, could be wasting your time otherwise The interview questions are easy they tend to want you to sound like your Nordstrom material but you wont tell once people get hired

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.
