I was fortunate to have two Ford representatives come visit me on campus. A major portion of the interview was based on the pre-assigned case. I felt that this analysis was cursory, designed to see if I did it and understood the contents. Second rounds were at Ford's campus in Dearborn, MI. There was a group assessment, behavioral interview, and technical interview. All of the meetings were standard, there were no questions from left field, and though the technical questions on the case were slightly more in-depth, I was more than prepared.
