Phone interview then in-person interview. This is where you have to answer a programming question with in one hour.
The in-person interview consists of working as a developer there for one day. During the day there is two sessions each with a different person. In each session you do pair programming with another the person who is doing the interviewing. All and all it was a very relaxed process.
