The Interviews were very simple. It consisted of an initial phone interview with the HR (agency) who asked some background questions to verify background in HCI and availability. This was followed by a phone interview with the Manager and Lead Usability Specialist who asked some relevant questions about HCI and projects involving wireframes. They generally call for another on-site interview but since I was out of the state the decision was based off my phone interview only. The whole process took roughly 3-5 days and was very glad to be offered a position.
