I was first contacted by a supervisor who had a position open in his department. He conducted a phone interview with me. On the interview day, there was a presentation about Ford and their vision, a case study group session, and a personal interview.

HR phone screening + one panel interview with 3 different managers. Presentation of the company activity followed by situation questions. No technical interview only behavior questions that are sometimes a little bit challenging.
