very simple, single in person meeting with a call back confirming I was hired on the same day. some of my coworkers were hired over the phone. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes for the sales associate position, it is an entry level job.

Why I chose footlocker, what shoes I know about, what my favorite shoe is, and do I learn fast
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
