There were three different telephone interviews, and one in-person interview that I had to travel for. They definitely want to make sure that you not only have the correct experience, but also that you fit in with their culture, and that you will do what it takes to be successful.

Multiple interviews. 2 weeks to get confirmation. Interview was with Manager then owner. I don't have much more to add. Looked like a good place to work. Team looked very nice. Salary was low, Vacation was ok
