Brief and to the point, only took a week. Not daunting, interviewer was very nice more like a conversation, very comfortable. Asked a lot of behavioral questions, more about yourself and how you’d fit in.

The interview process consisted of multiple steps. I first spoke with a recruiter, followed by a meeting that provided an overview of the company and the Financial Advisor role. I then had an interview with another recruiter and, finally, met with the Regional Vice President. Overall, the process was straightforward and conversational.

Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title
