Entrevista
One phone interview and one zoom interview. Pretty basic behavioral question to see if you are a fit for the firm. Process was pretty laid back and felt conversational. However, some questions felt very unprofessional. They asked me what my parents did for a living, and that felt irrelevant to the job position. The only reason why my parent's occupation would be relevant is to see if they would be future clients for the firm. When I was rejected for the position, they called me the incorrect name (but it was close enough that I knew it was supposed to be addressed to me). Overall, an unprofessional and demeaning experience.

The interview process consisted of multiple steps. I first spoke with a recruiter, followed by a meeting that provided an overview of the company and the Financial Advisor role. I then had an interview with another recruiter and, finally, met with the Regional Vice President. Overall, the process was straightforward and conversational.

Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title
