The overall experience was average even though I have not been accepted after all. I went through two rounds out of four. The first one was with HR about a my past experience and motivation, it went really well as HR was quite friendly. The second one was with manager again very similar to the first one. Standard questions and details of projects. The interviewer never gave me impression that he wasn't satisfied with my answers. I had a mixed feeling that whether he was understanding my projects or not, as he didn't asked any specific questions. All the questions were quite generic, after couple of days I got the email that they won't continue with the application without any specific reason for this.

The interview process consisted of three main stages:
- HR interview – an initial screening focused on background, motivation, and general fit for the role and company.
- Technical interview – included standard technical questions relevant to the role, as well as a code review exercise where you are asked to analyze and discuss existing code.
- Team introduction & culture fit interview – a conversation with the team to understand working style, collaboration approach, and overall culture fit, including behavioral and situational questions

Overall, the interview went well. There were some standard questions about Java, OOP, and Spring. I also had a 30-minute session where I had to review code and identify different types of problems. The final step was a meeting with the team that included some behavioral questions

The experience was smooth and focused on real-world skills relevant to the role, covering topics like frontend security, RBAC, feature tagging, accessibility, component architecture, performance, and code maintenance.
