The process took a week and comprised of 4 rounds all of which were technical but the negotiation was a headache. The HR department seems very laggard. Had to call myself a few times to check the status of offer. There was also discrepancy between the offer mentioned by HR and that mentioned by Hiring Manager. They have signifcant difference in salaries between development and test profiles. Overall the interview level and process was good and swift but the negotiations left an bad taste.

There are 3 rounds of inteview 1) On manual testing /QA : Gives some sample feature asking to derive the test scenarios and cases. More concentration DFx area. 2)Technical : Questions are very deep. 3)Manager round :Asking to explain project architecture,Check for whether member has end to end knowledge on his project or not.
