Made it through a phone screen, hiring manager interview, and panel. Between the HM and panel interviews, I was given the impression that my experience of stakeholder and project coordination was aligned with what they were looking for (my experience match 90% of the job description). Come to find out they wanted this person to be more of an engineering manager than a PM. I was disappointed to have wasted 3 hours during the panel interview to find out what they were looking for DID NOT match the job description.
