There was three interviews on the same day with three separate people of different levels conducting each interview. Each interview was 30 minutes and the questions ranged to gauge EQ and IQ. I received offer the following day.
1. Phone Interview (meeting with HR, basic behavioral questions)
2. On-site interview (meeting with 2 seniors respectively, asking the same behavioral questions and case study)

Had a phone screen, into google meet. was very fast and quick process. We talked about the role on the screen; Google Meet was about yourself for 45 minutes. 4 stages of interviews

The recruiting process consisted of 6 interviews! Although they weren't hard, the whole process is extremely tiring and at some point I had asked all the questions I had. After a couple of months after my rejection, I learned by (coincidence) that many people are actively looking for an opportunity to leave the company for many reasons (working conditions, low salary, bad manager, high probability to be fired).
