The interview process was much the same as others have suggested. Initial HR phone screen, followed by two in person interviews (meeting with 3 separate people each time). I felt the interview went well and that I was definitely qualified and passionate about the work, but they definitely seem to be looking for something specific and it just wasn't me. They were very clear with the process and quick to relay information, but the actual interviews themselves seemed a little disheveled. They give you the LinkedIn links to the people you are interviewing but (surprise!) they switched one up on me (on purpose or on accident...?). Some interviewers came prepared with their laptops and my resume on the screen, while some had definitely not even glanced at my resume. For the time that I spent preparing for the interview, I'd appreciate that basic respect in return. Tips: Make sure you're familiar with the industry and what Flexport is trying to change. Show your passion for both the position and the company and specifically highlight how you can be an asset to them.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
