The initial chat with the in-house recruiter was pleasant and basic. The next few stages were: 30 minute interview with a person from the team Take home test Interview with more people from the team I dropped out of the interview process after speaking with the current QA + Scrum Master (first round). She was rude and asked the silliest questions. She expected short answers for everything, but when given short answers she would prompt for more detail. It was very confusing. She also asked for definitions a lot - this is not an exam! When I tried explaining with real world processes instead she rudely told me stop. The test sent to me after passing the first round was not worth the time doing. It was basic, and boring. I don't think it really shows what a candidate is capable of apart from their grasp of the english language. On the plus side, meeting the interviewer from the team and seeing the test she drafted gave me the insight I needed to decline the role.

1st round was an online Hakerrank test for QA which had questions from Testing and Unix. 2nd round was Technical. 3rd round was also a Technical round. 4th round was Directorial round. 5th was HR interview. Last round was salary discussion. The interview process is quite rigorous. Interview questions are average to difficult.
