I had a 30 min phone interview followed by about 4 hours of in-person interviews. I was referred by a current employee, yet nobody at Flatiron ever got back to me after my in-person interviews. Literally zero contact. One would think that if you spent 4+ hours interviewing, did in-person interviews at their office, and were referred by an employee, they would at the very least get back to you with a yes/no answer. I would not recommend interviewing here to any friends.
