overall I had great experience with Flatiron interview process. It ended up being a lengthy one but given that I was not actively looking it didn't bother me at all. The process accessed my technical and behavioral capabilities, my managerial skills, touched on system architecture and design, project prioritization and variety of other thing. Flatiron went to great lengths to provide opportunities for me as a candidate to assess the company as well, from introductory coffees to reverse interview with multiple people including the founder. Recruiters have provided full transparency into the process, providing me with detailed feedback on every step. Overall one of the best interview experiences I had to date.
