The phone interview with their Talent Partner was poorly organised. Although I was overqualified for the role, I proceeded with the interview. However, the interviewer seemed unfamiliar with my experience and struggled to relate to it. To make matters worse, I received a generic rejection response. Overall, it felt like a waste of time. Luckily I took another role, it amazes me how people can get these sort of roles - I’m pleased I did not go near this company and nor should you
