The interview process was smooth, and I did exceptionally well during my interview. I interviewed witht the CEO, the former CHRO, and the HR Director. I did exceptionally well, but the former CHRO looked familiar and that indivdual stated that I looked familiar also, not knowing in the moment they already knew who I was because I attended the same college as the individuals spouse, and yet they pretended to not know me, but it was not until the interview was over it hit me, that I do not know the individual personalky but I consider their spouse to be a respectable individual, let just say, I did not stand a chance, and I was not offered the position, as a matter of fact they sent me a no-reply e-mail instead of a professional e-mail so that I could not request feedback, but there was none, other than it was a personal, I knew I would not be hired because of personal reasons. By the reviews the workplace does not appear to be the best anyway, so I dodged the bullet.
