Horrible hiring process. Following in-office interview, recruiter went radio silent (and this was the only offer I did not receive out of 9 callbacks, so I doubt I was THAT awful). I was under pressure to make decisions from other firms, and called the recruiter; she didn't respond. I eventually told her my deadline, and she told me that decisions would be made "by the end of the week" - 3 days after my deadline. That clearly showed the firm wasn't interested, but I thought it rude that the recruiter did not even acknowledge that they would not be able to get back to me by the deadline.
