I met a recruiter for Fisher Investments at my university's career fair. They asked me to interview with them the next morning. The interview mostly covered my resume and college experience. The interview was not for any particular position but for any position I was interested in and qualified for. It went well and about two weeks later they asked me to do a phone interview with another person in HR. In this interview I was asked exclusively about my resume and about a week or so later I was asked to fly out to the Plano, Texas office to the final round of interviews. They arranged all of the travel details and paid for all the extra travel expenses (Ubers, food, airport parking). There was a brief tour of the office the morning of the interview and then the interview one on one with a senior employee. There was never a dinner, presentation, or panel where I could learn more about the company, benefits or the position. I never got a full sense of the opportunities for advancement within the company or what the job actually entails. The final interview took about 30 minutes and covered my resume as well as my career aspirations.

first round: Phone Call with a recruiter. He asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at Fisher Investments and etc. The process was smooth and clear.
