Went through a written test and 3 interviews, met with the head of content, content lead and the HR. Written test was about seo and content creation for a facebook ad and web copy draft.

The recruitment process took about three weeks. I had to go through two calls, one with the HR and the other with the head of content, and a writing test. I'm still waiting for an update from the last interview.

Nothing much you were contacted on email and schedule the interview with your available time. Then the interview started with just a simple Q & A about yourself and your education, experience, availability, willingness to work, and other stuff.
