It was good. It is based on your personality and your qualifications and experiences. You have to be more expressive and try to answer every question with deep knowledge. It was good experience.

Assessment centre and virtual interview on microsoft teams. Good process but quite difficult as the assessment centre had group activities and individual assessments. Good luck to everyone going through the interview process.

Entrevista
There was psychometric testing, which then was followed by a face to face interview. I had two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with one Audit manager and HR representative - which was quite formal and procedural. The second interview was with another Audit manager and Audit senior, over coffee and was very conversational and casual.
