l had an interview with different managers, the team, human resources and the COO. During this process, l had to also work on an online assessment. It was an interesting experience. However, during the interview there was lack of transparency since l had not been informed about the workload that would come with the job. I was expected to work during weekends due to the team being understaffed. I was not given any additional pay since it was a salaried job. I was only paid for 40 hours however on some weeks l would work 50-55 hours.
